These terms apply to Poker Ledger (the "App"), a product of LunarNodes (lunarnodes.co.in). By using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App is

The App is a score-keeping tool. Players type in wallets, entry fees, bets and winners, and the App does the arithmetic and shows who owes whom. The App does not take, hold, transfer or pay out any money, does not offer games of chance, and is not a gambling, betting or payment service.

2. Your responsibility

• You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to use the App.
• Gambling laws differ by country and by state in India. You alone are responsible for making sure that any game you record, and any money that changes hands between players, is legal where you play.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose, including illegal gambling, fraud or money laundering.
• Settle-up amounts are suggestions based on what players entered. Check them before paying anyone.

3. Shared links

Each game has a private link. Anyone who has the link can view and change that game. Share it only with the people at your table. Only the browser that created a game can delete it.

4. Your content

You are responsible for what you enter, such as player names. Do not enter anything offensive, unlawful, or personal information about others without their permission. We may remove content or games that break these terms.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be error-free, always available, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own record of anything important.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LunarNodes and its team are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the App, including money lost or paid between players, disputes between players, calculation errors, or lost data.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its code are owned by LunarNodes. You may use the App for personal use. You may not copy, resell or rebrand it without written permission.

8. Changes and ending use

We may change these terms or the App at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end access to the App at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
