Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Poker Ledger (a product of LunarNodes, lunarnodes.co.in) stores and why. We aim to collect as little as possible, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we store

• Game data you enter: session name, player names, wallet amounts, entry fees, bets, folds, winners and top-ups.
• One cookie named owner: a random ID that remembers which games this browser created, so they show on your home page and only you can delete them.

We do not ask for accounts, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your data.

Where it is stored

Game data is kept in the App's database on our hosting provider. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.

Who can see it

Anyone with a game's link can view and change that game. Player names are only as private as the link. Use first names or nicknames if you prefer.

How long we keep it

Games stay until the creator deletes them from the home page. Games that nobody has changed for 6 months are deleted automatically. To stop abuse, we briefly keep a count of requests per network (IP address); these counts expire within an hour.

Your rights

You can delete any game you created from the home page. To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of other data, contact us through lunarnodes.co.in.

Children

The App is meant for adults (18+). We do not knowingly store data about children.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. See also our Terms & Conditions.
